Current Status:
  • We have received the POD1 approval from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources ("MEMR") on 17th June 2021.
  • Currently in preparation to develop Early Gas Sale as a part of the POD-1.
  • NGY secures Indonesian Environmental Permit (AMDAL) for Tanjung Enim PSC dated on 26th September 2023
  • NGY has received letter of the appointment of State Natural Gas Seller from CBM Tanjung Enim Working Area from SKK Migas on 16th November 2021, and therefore NGY as a Seller of Natural Gas representing Indonesian Government from the area of CBM Tanjung Enim.
